Not away this weekend in the van as we are going to France for a couple of weeks from this Thursday:) So after Mags early morning swim we take the bikes for breakfast in the Grove ,then along Marsh Lane past the Fleet and back by the Deben to the Ferry for a chat with an old friend at the cafe - no breakfast this time as was only average last time :( Then back home along the prom chatting with lots of people we know on the way !!! and back after well over 3 hours.The wind is still light but have'nt given up a sea breeze yet !!!
